代理和网关路由，无法访问内网。
问：我在一家房地产公司工作，公司为了共享资源建立了局域网。可是领导发话说不想让无
关人员通过“网上邻居”获取共享文件夹中的重要数据，特别是一些商业数据，请问分析家
有什么办法能够达到这个目的？
答：要达到这个目的，你必须建立一个隐形的共享文件夹，而要使共享文件夹隐形，你只需
在该共享文件夹文件名后加上一个字符“$”即可。不过在给共享文件夹命名时，请注意共
享文件夹的名字最长为12 个字符，包括最后的“$”字符。通过“网上邻居”进入有隐形共
享文件夹的电脑后，是不能看到被隐藏起来的共享文件夹的。要访问它，请按如下步骤操作：

很在意它们。但是还有一个可能，就是你的IE 版本太低了，所以我建议你升级一下IE，最
好升级成为IE 6。
问：我想把英文的网址转换成数字的IP 地址，因为QQ 上的朋友告诉我这样浏览网页会快
一些，但是如何将网址转换成IP 地址啊？这样真的会提高速度吗？
答：从原理上讲，我们直接输入IP 地址的确省去了DNS 域名解析的环节，在一定时间和一
定地点打开网页时会起到提高速度的作用。如果你想获得网站的IP 地址，在MS—DOS 下
使用Ping 命令，格式为“Ping 英文网址”，就可以轻松地获得网站的IP 地址了。例如，你
想知道新浪网站的IP 地址，可以在MS—DOS 下输入“

我们在使用IE 浏览下载文件时，只要稍稍修改一下注册表就可以同时打开多个下载窗口、
同时并行下载而不是只能顺次串行下载，打开注册表编辑器（“开始→运行→输入“regedit”
→确定”），在左边窗口找“HKEY＿CURRENT＿USER＼Software＼Microsoft＼Windows＼
CurrentVersion＼Internet Settings”主键，然后在右边窗口空白的地方新建数值（“右键单击
空白处→新建→DWORD 值”）并命名为“MaxConnectionsPer1＿0Server”，接着设定想要同
时下载的数

1、为什么Windows 98 网上邻居中找不到域及服务器，但可找到其他的工作站?
在"控制面板→网络→Microsoft 网络客户"中，将登录时Windows 98 与网络的连接由慢速改
为快速连接。
2、为什么在查看"网上邻居"时，会出现 "无法浏览网络。网络不可访问。..."的错误提示?
a)在Windows 启动后，要求输入Microsoft 网络用户登录口令时，点了"取消"按钮所造成的，
如果是要登录NT 域，必须以合法的用户登录，输入正确口令。
b)与其它的硬件起冲突。打开"控制面板→系统→设备管理"。查看硬件的前面是否有黄色的
问号、感叹号或者红色的问号。如果有，必须手工更改这些设备的中断和I/O 地址设置。
3、为什么在"网上邻居"或"资源管理器"中只能找到本机的机器名?
网络通信错误，一般是网线断路或者与网卡的接确不良，还有可能是Hub 有问题。
4、为什么可以访问服务器，也可以访问Internet，但却无法访问其他工作站?
a)检查双方的网关设置，若双方分属不同的子网就不能看到其他工作站。
b)检查子网掩码设置，目前校园网用户使用的掩码有 255.255.255.0、255.255.255.192 和
255.255.255.128，具体请向本辖区网络管理员咨询 。
5、为什么网卡安装不上？
a)计算机上安装了过多其它类型的接口卡，造成中断和I/O 地址冲突。可以先将其他不重要
的卡拿下来，再安装网卡，最后再安装其他接口卡。
b)计算机中有一些安装不正确的设备，或有"未知设备"一项，使系统不能检测网卡。这时应
该删除"未知设备"中的所有项目，然后重新启动计算机。
c)计算机不能识别这一种类型的网卡，一般只能更换网卡。

TCP/IP 协议中的"DNS 设置"不正确，请检查其中的配置。校园网用户在 "主机" 栏应该填
自己机器本身的名字，"域"中填写 nbu.edu.cn ，DNS 服务器应该填 210.33.16.2 。
7、为什么网络上的其他计算机无法与我的计算机连接？
a)确认是否安装了该网络使用的网络协议？如果要登录Netware，还必须安装NetBEUI 协议。
b)是否安装并启用了文件和打印共享服务？
c)如果是要登录NT 服务器网络，在"网络"属性的"主网络登录"中，应该选择"Microsoft 网络
用户"。
d)如果是要登录NT 服务器网络，在"网络"属性框的"配置"选项卡中，双击列表中的"Microsoft
网络用户"组件，检查是否已选中"登录到Windows 域"复选框，以及"Windows 域"下的域名
是否为 domain 。
8、为什么安装网卡后，计算机启动的速度慢了很多？
凡在TCP/IP 设置中设置了"自动获取IP 地址"，这样每次启动计算机时，计算机都会主动搜
索当前网络中的DHCP 服务器，所以计算机启动的速度会大大降低。
"指定IP 地址"的用户没有该问题。
9、为什么在网络邻居中看不到任何计算机?
主要原因可能是网卡的驱动程序工作不正常。请检查网卡的驱动程序，必要时重新安装驱动
程序。
10、为什么能够看到别人的机器，但不能读取别人电脑上的数据？
a)首先必须设置好资源共享。选择"网络→配置→文件及打印共享"，将两个选项全部打勾并
确定，安装成功后在"配置"中会出现"Microsoft 网络上的文件与打印机共享"选项。
b)检查所安装的所有协议中，是否绑定了"Microsoft 网络上的文件与打印机共享"。选择"配

16、登录NT 的 ROOT 域不成功？
如提示找不到任何域服务器来验证密码，则情况可能为：

b)网络通，但周围的其他用户皆无法登录，则可能是域服务器当机，请通知网络中心；

b）周围其他用户皆有此现象，则校园网内出现了非法的域服务器，请通知网络中心。

如提示该帐号已经过期：您的付费帐号可能已经到期，请到网络中心续缴网络包月费用。
17、为什么访问外部INTERNET 网页时，IE 的状态栏显示正在检测代理服务器设置，信息
一直不出现？
请先在IE 窗按“停止”，然后从菜单的[工具]-->Internet 选项-->连接-->局域网设置：将自动
配置栏中的两个勾都清空。
18、为什么internet 上有些文件无法下载？
